DENVER (KDVR) — The dry and sunny conditions along with breezy southwest winds will give Denver weather its first chance to reach 90 degrees this season. The forecast calls for rain chances to increase later in the week which will cool the metro back down. FOLSOM, California (KOVR) -After a man lost his prosthetic leg in the lake a year ago in the depths of Lake Natoma. It was finally found and he was located, too, in Texas. Dave Fatta can laugh about it now.“Everybody was like, ‘Oh my gosh, oh my gosh where’d you lose it at?” he said.Pictures from his kayak trip on Lake Natoma a year ago show that when he came out of the water, somehow, his prosthetic leg slipped off.But it was found last week, and an underwater video shows the moment it was discovered.“I kind of just happened upon it,” said scuba diver Matt Spruitenburg.Spruitenburg swam right into it.“How special was finding this prosthetic leg and then finding the person it belongs to?” CBS13’s Steve Large asked.“It was amazing,” Spruitenburg responded.Spruitenburg volunteers for a group called American River Lost and Found. BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Prosecutors say they are seeking the death penalty against a man accused of stabbing four University of Idaho students to death late last year.Bryan Kohberger, 28, is charged with four counts of murder in connection with the deaths at a rental house near the Moscow, Idaho, university campus last November. Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson filed the notice of his intent to seek the death penalty in court on Monday.A not-guilty plea was entered in the case on Kohberger’s behalf earlier this year. A 43-year-old resident of Coral Springs has been charged in federal court with orchestrating a $100 million investment fraud scheme through his trucking company.The indictment, which was unsealed on Monday, accuses Sanjay Singh of violating federal laws that criminalize conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, and engaging in transactions involving unlawful proceeds.Singh, the founder and president of Royal Bengal Logistics, Inc. A worker died last week after being “ingested” into an airplane engine at San Antonio International Airport.Shortly after Delta Flight 111 arrived at the airport from Los Angeles around 10:30 p.m. Central time, a worker on the tarmac was “ingested” into the plane’s engine as it was taxiing to the gate, according to the National Transportation Safety Board.The Bexar County medical examiner ruled the death as a suicide on Monday, according to News 4 San Antonio.The name of the 27-year-old worker was not released. The person was employed by Unifi, a company that performs ground operations at airports and is contracted by Delta at the airport.“We are heartbroken and grieving the loss of an aviation family member’s life in San Antonio. After a rough season last year, a new study from the travel insurance company InsureMyTrip looked to help passengers predict which airports are likely to experience delays or cancellations this summer.
